I'm a 30 something single mum tackling life without wine via the Alcoholics Anonymous 12 step recovery programme. I blog about my own personal account of recovery from alcoholism, depression and self-harm. I'm not an expert. On anything. But I figure 3 million or so people have managed successfully to go down this road before me, and if it's good enough for them then I'm going to give it a go. So, welcome to my world!
