I'm currently in Iraq .. Been here for almost a year now.. It BLOWS ASS!!!!! Just lookin' forward to gettin' HOME.....

I was recently taking the sleep medication AMBIEN.. I became so dependant on it that when they took me off of it, I started to get these urges to inflict pain on myself until the feeling of withdrawl was sustained.. It's pretty messed up..

The MEDS are really not working for me.. I feel like A MANUFACTURED JUNKIE.................

Pretty much anything that I regret the next day..
