Im a realy nice guy from Sweden and I try to approach life as an exciting journey, trying to stay positive! More about me later...

Ok, now is later... I had almoust three years in the program when i picked up and started to use again, this time it lasted for 18 months and it was verry destructive, but you know al about that. Now Im clean, feeling good, attending meetings, doing what I should, not doing the things I shouldnt. And slowly, day by day I make more progress. I feel happy most of the time but sometimes I just want to bade my brain in chemicals. Its so easy! But hey, I cant. I go crazy, kill myself, hurt someone or get into an accident. Sometimes I feel sorry because I cant even go out for a beer and party socialy like normal people. But Its a small price to pay for getting the opportunety to live my life the way I want to live it. To bad I must work to get results, though... Im verry lazy... More about me later...

Hanging out with clean friends, walks, spirituality, 12-step programs, listening to music, watching movies, golf, animals, nature, fishing, getting to know new friends and so on...

Stupid people, materialism.

Hi, While viewing messages from some of my friends, I noticed your name and looked at your profile. You sound like you have struggled....like myself...but your understanding of the illness is solid. One of the things that caught my eye is that you are from Sweden. Both my Grandmother and Grandfather (let me try to spell it phonetically......For For and For Mor) is my lack of Swedish not sad?, both came to the USA They met and married here and I grew up with many of our Swedish customs. I saw your words..."it is hard work". If it were easy, I doubt whether we would appreciate it. Take care, Fireman/Berthel or Bertil (Birth certificate was confusing)

I enjoy al kinds of music, al depending on mood. Rock, pop, trance, techno, housemusic.

None that you have heard about! But I like reading books about spirituality but I also read anything else.

Forest Gump, Matrix, Acopolyptico(?), The Departed, The illusionist, The pluton and so on...

Normal training, swimming, walks... but I must say that my absolute favorite interesst is traveling, dont realy think that there is anything that beats the sensational feeling of visiting new exciting places... Dont realy travel that much though...
