My name is Caryll, I'm 28 and I live just outside Belfast in Northern Ireland. I found this site through it's sister, Depression Tribe. I also have a history of hard drug abuse but have not used for over 2 years.
My drink of choice is always wine and I swear, at times, I can feel my throat crying out for it still. I don't know if I'll ever be able to moderate, but I'm trying to smile through everyday and be thankful for my awareness.
I decided to become a member here to try and meet like minded people that are going through/have gone through the same sort of thing. I want to make new friends and hopefully offer my support along the way.
