Hi Isaac.. Sorry it's been a while but I'm here now to wish you and your family well..
It sounds like you've been busy and feel like you're stuck in too mch of a routine, but, believe me, routine is good for us lot.
Continue to keep things in the moment and one day at a time.. I have a feeling you are trying to do too much in one day (been there)
so if I'm right, my sponsor told me a long tim ago to make a list of 3 or 4 things to do that day ,then pat yourself on the back when you achieve just one of them; even if you didn't get anything done, at the end of the day if you haven't picked up a drink or drug, then YOU ARE A WINNER!! Oops..I think I'm actually talking to myself; must be needing to feel good about myself..lol..
