In profession i am addiction counsellor. Live and born in Singapore. im very active, bubbly, humble, talkative and passionate person, I like to help the needy and love to listen to their problem. I have encounter varies problem and deal with drugs, alochol addiction, theft, murder cases. My dream is to help the needy and the addiction all around the world.

"Everyone has a Talent... tap on your strength and weakness. Dream everything about Your Life to the extreme. Create an Affirmation, Visualize your present and your Future. Write it down your Dreams in a piece of a paper. Now, make it happen. Brain has a Power so don;t give up, Happiness is not outside YOU, it is within You.. Yourself. Hi, Sue... I found you while browsing through different religions, and wondered if you could give me some tips, (simple ones) for meditating? I always end up feeling stupid, with my mind racing and thinking of such crazy things instead of feeling peaceful and quiet? I don't know if you practice this, but in my experience most hindu's do. I am, I suppose Christian, (born Catholic) but don't feel much of anything really, so am trying to just find some spirituality within me.. Hope this makes some sense, and that you are not offended by my asking you this. Regards L

Basically desier for food... We don't consider is a counselling case., Basically you got to dicpline yourself otherwise you will end of suffering. As for drugs and alcohol addiction we do have a program as this is something serious that in Singapore law are being mindful and would want to have help the addiciton. As for suguar addiction only doctors can prescribe. Are you suffering from diabectic??
