I actually had an Internet radio station called "JJ's Rockin' Oldies USA". it was on the world wide web for 2 years. had over 20,000 listeners a day around the world. i did a six hour live show from my home in Arizona. When i had my first of 4 heart attacks and major surgery i had to shut it down. there are over 200 blogs on my site with suggestions of recovery. I have moved to Oahu, Hawaii and really love it here........NA hugs, JJ

Thank you for reading my blog and giving me your thoughts. I've quit going to my doctors. I'm just coping with things without all of the medicine now. The pills were giving me side effects that were worse than the bipolar disorder itself. It would be so nice to find someone closer than the internet to connect with & that would help me through my hard times. But I don't think they exist. I've not given up looking, though
