"So
now
what"?
What
the
heck
is
that!
I
saw
this
blog
says
"I
relapsed
',
I
check
it
out
cuz
I
know
people
who
want
to
stay
sober
need
to
know
that
other
people
support
them
and
are
willing
to
reach
out.
Well
I
see
a
lot
of
blogs
here,
despite
the
defensive
nature
of
"so
now
what"
If
you
were
hoping
to
get
kicked
to
the
curb
so
that
you
would
have
another
reason
to
go
use,
well
sorry.
Anyway,
thats
my
little
motivational
tyraid,
hope
you
liked
it.
But
seriously
if
your
that
down,
remember
that
people
are
here
who
will
love
you
until
you
can
love
yourself.
Check
ya
later.
So
now
what?
To
begin
with,
do
not
get
down
on
yourself.
You
must
realize
that,
relapse
is
part
of
recovery.
And
yes,
go
to
meetings,
talk
about
it
with
people
you
trust.
If
you
have
any
more
questions
for
me
or
just
want
to
talk,
I
am
always
around.
Good
Luck
I
read
your
bio
and
it
sounds
to
me
that
the
life
you
were
living
wasn't
a
life
at
all.
If
you
would
like
one.....GO
TO
MEETINGS,
GET
A
SPONSER,
AND
WORK
THE
STEPS!!!
That
simple.
Lots
of
people
screw
up,
don't
trip,
just
get
back
into
action.
Exactly.
Now
What?
God
just
continue
with
the
good
things
that
has
begun
like
this
blogging,
it's
good
to
release
the
stress
of
funking
it
up
again.
In
the
mood
for
the
first
music
stanza
of
nothing
compares
2u...
so
now
do
you
want
to
stop
and
i
mean
truly
stop
using?
if
so
you
know
if
your
walking
forward
you
can't
always
be
kicking
yourself
in
the
ass.
take
the
clean
time
you
had,
put
it
in
your
back
pocket
and
start
over
again.
go
to
more
meetings,
get
more
phone
numbers,
do
more
service
work,
go
to
more
NA
functions.
hang
out
with
only
program
people.
get
a
sponsor
and
work
the
steps.
i
hear
you
crying
out
but
what
are
you
crying
out
for?
is
it
because
you
relapsed?
is
it
because
your
on
the
pity
pot?
flush
the
damn
thing
and
get
on
with
your
life
in
recovery.
do
i
sound
like
a
hard
ass?
i
used
for
22
years
and
have
been
clean
almost
19
years
and
not
one
relapse
why?
because
i
found
a
program
that
works
for
me
and
work
it
to
the
best
of
my
ability.
you
have
to
sweat
blood
and
bullets
to
get
anywhere
in
recovery.
you
didn't
become
an
addict
in
one
day
so
why
are
you
trying
to
be
recovered
in
one
day?
you
never
get
recovered.
NA
offers
one
promise
"freedom
from
active
addiction".
in
chapter
ten
of
our
basic
text
it
says
"as
long
as
you
follow
the
guidelines
of
this
program,
you
never
have
to
use
again."
the
key
word
is
NEVER.
it's
up
to
you
honey.
i
have
kids
older
than
you
and
yes
two
out
of
three
are
addicts.
why?
because
they
did
not
believe
in
the
principles
of
this
program
we
so
lovingly
call
Narcotics
Anonymous.
you
need
a
recovery
buddy?
drop
me
a
line
anytime.
i
get
on
here
at
least
3
to
5
times
a
day.
you
want
my
regular
e-mail.
go
to
my
page
answer
this
letter
and
i
will
send
it
to
you.
i
can't
make
you
stay
clean
but
i
can
help
you
stay
clean.
it
just
has
to
be
the
most
important
thing
in
your
life.
nothing
comes
before
your
recovery
except
the
higher
power
that
helps
to
keep
you
clean.
i
am
just
a
post
away.
my
wife
loves
the
fact
that
i
found
addictiontribe.com
because
she
thinks
i
have
so
much
to
offer
the
still
struggling
addict.
getting
clean
is
easy
staying
clean
is
hard.
i
don't
know
all
the
answers
and
sometimes
i
don't
even
know
the
f@cking
questions
but
i
do
know
how
to
stay
clean
today.
remember
that
recovery
is
a
journey
not
a
destination
and
use
the
rest
stops
God
provides
along
the
way.
"We
imagine
that
our
fellowe
members
will
not
respect
the
courage
it
takes
to
come
back.
We
have
learned
the
utmost
respect
for
that
type
of
courage
We
applaud
heartily.
It
is
not
shameful
to
relapse
-
the
shame
is
in
not
coming
back.
We
must
smash
the
illusion
that
we
cqan
do
it
alone."

Welcome
home,
try
to
get
to
a
meeting
and
get
there
clean!
