I work full time. I have just graduated as a medical assistant. Trying to find the courage to find a new job in the field. I try to self-sabatoge my success by f*ucking up myself. I was clean for 3yrs then....I am having an internal struggle and am on the verge of desperation.

down
for
the
last
two
days.
I
am
feeling
better
but
not
quite
right.
I
went
to
a
NA
meeting
last
night.
Forced
myself
to
go
because
