ABOUT ME

Came into 12 Step originally in 1991. In and out of program until (what I pray was my bottom) on 11/05/05. Since then made a commitment (hard thing for an addict) NEVER to use again, one day at a time. Sponsored, sponsor, 3-5 Meetings a week, Spiritual 12-Step Study. Do Service anytime I'm asked.
Signle, son is 28, raised him as a single dad.


LIKES
The Ocean, Carribean, Bermuda, Coastal Cities, Big Cities (lived in NYC), small coastal towns (lived in Portland ME.).
Music, Comedy, Recovery (I really like going to meetings) Lively conversations. Hiking, golf, basketball

DISLIKES
Not into NASCAR or Motorcycles

If I could be a strawberry so luscious and so red , lying in a greening warmth-what a perfect bed. Sun so hot and rain so cool, sounds like a life to me. I'd have many tender kisses if I was a strawberry.

Was in radio as a DJ 7 years. I like ALL genera of music. Personal fave; Southern Rock followed by the Blues... Stevie Ray Vaugn. Lately I've gotten into the Modern Christian Pop & R&B Christian music.

BOOKS
RECOVERY: The Recovery Bible, Th AA Big Book & 12&12, The NA Basic Text, and It Works, How and Why
FICTION: The World Acording to Garp. Also like James Patterson, Tom Clancy, Vonnegut. Mostly I read Self Help and Business books and
MAGAZINE & PAPERS. Favorite Magazine is The Harvard Busines Review. The Wall Street Joural and the Christian Scicence Monitor are the two best newspapers in the World. I may be getting into bloggers too. I'll let you know how that works out.
