been clean and sober for 7 yr s been hard as i have had to deal with mental issues as well.Used to go to NA but was told to get off my psychiatric drugs so never went back just stuck to AA.don't take any psycho drugs at the moment but am being closely monitored by my doc ,she sees me every month.Starting to enjoy life a bit and am not been in trouble with the police or psycho wards which is a change but i still do some crazy things but have never been caught as yet.I am an adrenalin junkie but would not hurt anyone except myself .For the past two years have been trying to deal with my childhood abuse issues ,was continually abandoned as a child ,sexually abused ,beaten up by adults,and told that i would never make anything of myself .I had no one to protect me so I just withdrew into myself ,it was safe place to live in my fantasy world,I was the the quiet child who never said much and when I did speak up for myself I was beaten up or told to shut up,so I became very frightened and at the age of 11 wanted to commit suicide .I still live with depression ,anxiety,insecurity,and feelings that I am totally out of control ,but am trying to deal with all these feelings its sometimes as though my brain goes into overload and crashes.

keeping fit,long walks with my dog,good films ,documentaries,travelling around Europe,love my bi polar partner to bits,just being happy but not all the time ,staying clean and sober,enjoying the simple things in life,just once in a while I go to a great AA meeting and life seems better.Being with my partner I know I am safe ,my daughter,two sons,all my friends in AA who love me unconditionally,all animals,and at long last myself sometimes.

back
from
my
holiday
in
Germany
,we
visited
Bavaria,Munich,and
Berlin,it
was
a
bit
manic
but
we
enjoyed
ourselves,apart
from
me
not
printing
the
right
ticket
for
the
train
from
Munich
to BERLIN,so
i
had
to
spend
240
Euros
and
i
had
