Hi,

I am in a partial treatment program and under the care of my psychiatrist have been tapering off stimulants and today was my last one. I was just diagnosed with bipolar. I am really scared I won't be able to get out of bed tomorrow and go to group and I really need the help. Any advice for my first day??? Thx!!
