It
always
is
funny
to
me
when
u
start
seeing
the
back
to
school
adverts
in
July.
Give
the
kids
a
break,
summer
is
only
half
way
thru
and
they
have
to
start
seeing
back
to
school
ads...
Thankx
for
stopping
in
CT,
hope
you
have
a
good
week
as
well...So
far
so
good
for
a
Monday.
Anyways,
if
I'm
remembering
right,
we
didn't
start
back
to
school
until
early
September.
Now
it's
been
a
WHILE,
mind
you,
but
they
do
need
a
longer
break.
My
daughter
just
graduated
June
12th
and
she
reports
to
her
first
year
of
college
on
the
28
of
this
month.
to
piggy
back
off
Darkblade
for
a
second,
parents
are
keeping
tighter
tabs
on
the
kids
these
days
because
of
all
the
crazies
out
there.
Seems
like
they
increased
in
numbers
by
the
thousands.
I
know
I
feel
better
knowing
my
girls
are
at
their
friends
house
playing,
swimming,
video
gaming,
etc.
vs
riding
their
bike
across
town
to
play
a
neighborhood
game
of
baseball
or
cruising
the
mall
or
hanging
out
at
the
movies.
Don't
you
think
that's
part
of
the
problem
with
our
society
today?
That
people
push
things
like
structure
as
if
life
won't
exist
without
it?
What
about
learning
to
live
in
the
moment.
Seeing
a
caterpillar
on
your
fingertip.
Or
planting
a
garden.
Or
building
a
fort.
Or
playing
with
other
kids
for
hours
on
end.
My
kids
are
homebound
almost
all
the
time
because
attempts
to
get
other
kids
to
come
out
and
play
are
met
with
silence.
They
want
to
stay
plugged
into
video
games,
or
only
hang
with
their
own
families.
WTF
is
up
with
that?
It's
so
sad.
Because
unless
I
bring
my
friends
over
with
their
kids
to
play,
play
doesn't
happen,
not
like
it
used
to.
And
the
question
"mom,
what
should
I
do
now?"
just
puzzles
me
so
much.
It's
like
"I
don't
know,
draw,
color,
paint,
go
outside
and
freaking
play
~
not
a
more
beautiful
place
to
be
found
for
that
year
round.
No,
in
this
town,
kids
do
scouts,
or
4-H,
or
sports,
but
during
it
it's
all
structured
and
led,
no
down
time
for
interactions
of
course.
And
after,
parents
are
there
promptly
to
pick
the
kids
up
and
swoop
them
home.
Sorry,
this
just
triggered
that
off
for
me...it's
been
bugging
me
alot.
