If
we’re

consider
the
issue
of
forgiveness,
we
need
to
have
an
understanding
of
what
it
means
to
forgive.

Well
I
made
it
through
the
week!
I
have
relized
and
some
friends
have
told
me,
that
with
the
breakup
in
my
relationship
is
a
good
thing.
After
talking
with
friends
in
recovery
that
know
my
ex,
I
am
much
better
off
without
him.

Today

have
a
little
more
peace
in
my
heart.
He
called
today.
Just
to
update
me
on
the
chaos
in
his
life.
And
one
more
time
I
reassured
him
that
he
can
call
me,
with
"no
strings
attached".
And
I
can
