 Sweaty Just to let everyone know, I'm doing OK... Have been having lots of ups and downs while adjusting to the Lithium... Have't felt like doing much of anything... It's been really hot here (about 110 every day), that hasn't helped... The heat wears a body out!!! I've just been trying to get all my doctors appointments and trainings done for work... Still looking forward to school... Thinking about joining a recovery group at my parents church... They meet Tuesday nitghts, so i'm going to check them out... Love you all... Karen

That sun really explains it all.   I have already messaged you, after getting your message today so I won't speak about your medicine here.

But I think it is a good idea to check out the group. Always good to meet new people and make new friends. You have a lot you could share there too. Let me know how it goes.
