I
finally
have
gotten
back
online,
and
before
I
start
dumping
my
pain,
I
want
to
say
I
have
missed
being
on
here
so
very
much.
I
am
still
clean/sober,
approaching
my
first
year,
and
feel
so
completely
hopeless,
and
foolish.
Now
comes
the

had
such
a
difficult
past
few
weeks,
and
several
times,
I've
wondered
what
the
hell
I
am
doing
all
this
for?
Giving
up
seemed
liked
a
great
idea
for
a
few
fleeting
moments,
and
I've
been
a
mess.

many
mood
changes
can
a
person
have
in
one
day?
Is
it
normal
to
be
up
one
second
down
the
next
and
then
just
in
a
matter
of
moments
feel
as
if
ur
right
back
smack
in
the
throws
of
those
first
few
days
when
your
barely
holding

I
chaired
my
first
meeting
today....at
the
noon
time
meeting.
I
was
asked
and
my
first
thought
was
oh
no,
I
am
not
ready...
I
was
honest,
and
told
the
woman
I
have
never
chaired
a
meeting
before
and
was
nervous.
She
encouraged
me
to

about
rollercoaster
emotions,
I
just
went
from
happy,
content,
and
feeling
good
about
my
life
these
days

sad,
depressed,
and
hurt.
Is
this
really

I

to
look
forward
too?
