had
to
get
out
of
bed!
All
I
am
doing
is
crying
and
cant
sleep!
I
have
never
felt
so
sad,
I
know
it
comes
to
a
point
were
we
all
have
to
lose
someone
we
really
love,
and
before
I
have
always
ignored
the
fact
that
my
parents
will
pass
away
at

am
thinking
much
more
clearly
at
the
moment,
I
think
my
ass
might
even
be
getting
smaller,
cos
of
the
lack
of
calorories.
I
think
I
feel
that
I
have
been
selfish
and
not
realised
the
damage
that
alcohol
can
have
on
mine
and
others
life.

sometimes
throws
some
challanges
and
i
have
one
that

just
starting.

decided
to
pack
up
the
booze

smoke,
as
I
need
a
clear
mind

I
have
qualified
as
a
massage
therapist
this
week
and
today been
informed
that
my
Dad
is
