Feeling a little overwhelmed!

Life sometimes throws some challanges and i have one that is just starting. I decided to pack up the booze and smoke, as I need a clear mind now! I have qualified as a massage therapist this week and today been informed that my Dad is terminally ill! I think there are reasons why things happen. I am happy that I have a clear head! Maria x.

A clear head and a clear mind can themselves be overwhelming early in clean time. Take heart that my experience is that it will get better and the worst and most devastating day sober will be better than the best day using. Peace to you. My best weapon against being overwhelmed is talking, sharing and listening to others. Love and hope to you. John
