Boredom,
this
is
one
of
my
triggers,
and
man
have
I
ben
tested
this
past
2
weeks.
I
began
going
to
college
spring
quarter,
and
this
past
2
weeks
we
have
been
off
from
school.
I
never
felt
so
bored
and
it
really
had
me
worried
a
few
times.
I
have
gotten
so
used
to
having
my
day
planned,
and
then
well
no
school
and
no
plan.
So
I
slept
to
much
at
times,
which
I
never
do.
Found
myself
slipping
into
a
slight
depression.
Had
to
drag
myself
to
meetings,
thank
god
for
the
fellowship
of
AA,,
or
I
think
I
would
have
slipped.
Thank
god
for
the
friends
AA
has
given
me,
so
I
had
people
to
call
on
and
talk
too.
Thank
god
for
my
sponsee,
that
I
had
someone
to
work
in
the
book
with,
and
thank
god
for
the
12
steps!
I
am
so
grateful
today
that
I
do
not
have
to
choose
to
go
get
high
or
drunk
to
get
rid
of
the
boredom,
I
can
choose
alot
of
other
things,
that
will
help
me
,
and
some
that
will
not
only
help
me
but
others
too.
Thank
GOD
,
for
the
tools
AA
has
given
me!
I
am
forever
grateful
God
Bless
,
Kathleen
