Been
a
long
time
away
from
this
family.
Guess
one
sometimes
must
soul
search
and
stray
into
the
night
to
find
one's
own
identity.
What
I
have
learned
is
the
to
attempt
to
be
the
anchor
of
a
relationship,
especially
with
a
person
who
is
an
addict
is
a
slippery
slope.
The
anchor
of
a
relationship
drowns
in
about
4
minutes.
Strange,
when
you
are
a
recoverring
alcoholic/addict,
and
are
faced
with
a
relationship
to
a
person
who
is
active
in
their
addiction-
all
the
program
experience
(at
least
in
this
addict)
falls
short.
I
now
go
to
alanon
as
well
and
am
learning
to
detach.
I
guess
I'm
back.
What
is
more
impotant
is
I
return
to
embrace
the
joy
and
wisdom
of
this
piece
of
the
program.
