After 14 years of spending the whole weekend and sometimes part of the week slumped in a pub/or couch throwing back pints/cans of lager, decided this can't continue. One of my worst faults is not being able to say no to a day/night out. It does make it harder when some friends who actually drank more than me dont see a problem...
