surprise!! I know, it's been years, ok 1 yr? I am doing ok. I have found local meetings that are really cool. there's a core group of like 10 people who go the same meetings. I have to drive a bit, and don't like driving at night but I get to them anyway. I'm writing this like you remember me. I hope you do. I know I just dropped out of sight but there were some politics? people pleasing sh*t, and downright mean comments to and about me. So, I split, I have enough problems to deal with, i didn't need sh*t coming from a place I had found that was wonderful. Got me through some really rough times. Anyway, I hope you are doing ok. better than ok is even better. I do miss all of you and think about all the friends I had made here whenever I get that email saying I have a new comment at addiction tribe. I should check in and maybe even get to talk with my friends. Healthwise, I am ok. The IBS really kicks my ass almost weekly, but not as severe and I know the warning signs of a coming attack. The rest of them can just get in line. I do have a new doc and he listens and follows up on stuff. He's looking at some stuff I've been trying to get answers for 5 years now. Would you believe the nights are getting cooler already? Colorado 9 months of winter and 3 months of tourists. Take care and I'll try and come by more often. hey. been gone awhile and just seem to get on here from time to time. getting ready to go back out to sea, but wanted to stop in and say hi and thanks for being my friend. hope all is well..dave
